The trustee of Corporate Commercial Bank (in bankruptcy) - KTB (b), informs the creditors of KTB (b) with accepted claims that on the grounds of Art. 99, para 4 of the Law on Bank Bankruptcy (LBB) the repayment of amounts, included in the second partial account for distribution commences as of 9 am on 8 September 2020 (Tuesday).

The second partial account is prepared in compliance with the provisions of Art. 95, para 1 of the LBB and has been approved by the BDIF Management Board on the grounds of Art. 99, para. 1 of the LBB.
